Celine Hadid

Celine Hadid is the Managing Partner in CF Diversity’s Paris office and leads the firm’s EMEA diversity practice. She advises clients on senior-level appointments advising on diversity-focused talent strategy. 

She is an expert in designing governance frameworks and advising on leadership assessment and merit-based hiring, with a particular emphasis on building leadership teams that bring global perspective and cross-sector insight. 

Prior to joining CF Diversity, Celine held senior leadership roles across Europe at Kearney and PwC, where she gained deep expertise in executive talent strategy and corporate governance.
