Georgia Hargreaves

Georgia Hargreaves is the Global Managing Partner in CF Diversity’s Oslo office and leads the firm’s Diversity consultancy. She advises senior leadership on best practices for leadership acquisition strategy. Her expertise lies in Board and C-suite appointments, devising effective board and C-suite evaluation models and structured succession planning to drive long-term organizational impact. 

Georgia is a firm advocate for executive coaching and tailored advisory to empower leaders with the skills to drive diversity, breadth of experience and perspective across all levels of the organization.  

Prior to joining CF Diversity, Georgia held senior leadership roles across Europe at Bain & Company, Qvartz and Booz Allen, where she gained deep expertise in diversity-driven leadership advisory and corporate transformation.
