Helen Ethridge is the Managing Partner of CF Diversity’s San Francisco office, where she leads the firm’s efforts across the Americas to help organizations broaden leadership thinking and strengthen executive pipelines. She works closely with senior teams to shape leadership strategies that reflect a wide range of perspectives and are aligned with long-term business performance.
Helen brings deep expertise in designing talent frameworks that emphasize cross-sector insight, global experience, and balanced leadership composition. Her work spans executive search, leadership development, and succession planning – supporting clients in building dynamic and future-ready leadership teams.
Prior to joining CF Diversity, Helen held senior leadership roles in consultancy across the U.S. advising clients on workforce transformation. During her time at KPMG, she led internal diversity initiatives and corporate strategy programs to enhance diversity governance and integrate equitable talent strategies
