Experience

Lucy Haylet is a Global Partner in CF Diversity’s London office, specializing in guiding organizations on diverse Board through to N-2 leadership appointments. She works closely with clients devising executive hiring strategies, ensuring leadership teams reflect a broad range of perspectives and experiences.

Lucy advises organizations on executive search and succession planning, working with boards to develop diverse talent pipelines and to build leadership teams with a range of backgrounds and skillsets to bring balanced, informed perspectives.

Prior to joining CF Leadership, Lucy held senior leadership consulting roles at Deloitte across Europe, advising many of the majors in the insurance sector – particular emphasis over the last decade on diversity agendas and transforming corporate culture.

She has developed expertise in strategic talent solutions, organizational transformation, and leadership solutions. Lucy is also considered a leading pioneer in the emerging markets, being one of the first to deliver client site talent management solutions across several industry sectors – especially in functions: AI, data, cyber, legal, compliance and related areas. The main agenda revolving around nationalisation programs and focus on diversity for the first time in history for several countries. She has developed some of the largest campaigns on diversity over the last decade.
