Priti Acharya is the Managing Partner in CF Diversity’s Singapore office and leads the firm’s Asia leadership practice. Her expertise lies in developing governance frameworks that help organizations align leadership composition with both regional context and global strategic goals.
Priti partners with organizations to strengthen leadership development by broadening the range of backgrounds and experiences represented – supporting balanced, high-impact teams with a global mindset.
Prior to joining CF Diversity, Priti held senior diversity leadership roles at BNP Paribas, where she developed and implemented diversity strategies across APAC. Earlier in her career, she worked in human capital consulting at Deloitte in Singapore and Australia. Her extensive experience enables her to deliver tailored leadership solutions to a diverse range of clients.
